I am entering a tournament in a few weeks and was thinking of finally pulling my necrons off the shelf and using them.
Necron Overlord- 175pts -Voidblade, Phylactery, Phase shifter, Sempiternal wave
Warriors (20)- 260pts Warriors (20)- 260pts Warriors (20)- 260pts
Destroyers (5)- 220pts -Upgrade 1 to heavy destroyer
Monolith-200pts
Total points- 1375
I need to find something to add to fill those points also, I have some extra scarabs that I could use or a C'tan Shard but that might be too expensive. Thoughts?

Well, would you be fine with using a Necron Warrior model as a "count as" Cryptek?
If so, you could make an effective list like this:
Necron Overlord- 175pts -Warscythe, Phylactery, Phase shifter, Sempiternal wave
------------------------> Royal Court Warriors (10)- 130pts +Harbringer of Destruction w/ Eldritch Lance- 35pts Warriors (10)- 130pts +Harbringer of Destruction w/ Eldritch Lance- 35pts Warriors (10)- 130pts +Harbringer of Destruction w/ Eldritch Lance- 35pts Warriors (10)- 130pts +Harbringer of Destruction w/ Eldritch Lance- 35pts Warriors (10)- 130pts +Harbringer of Destruction w/ Eldritch Lance- 35pts
Destroyers (5)- 220pts -Upgrade 1 to heavy destroyer
Scarabs (5)- 75pts
Monolith-200pts
Total points- 1495
With those Crypteks attached to your Warrior squads, You can lay down (5) str. 8 ap. 2 shots from 36" away every turn! This should give you some much needed long range punch while they advance forward.

Alright here is an updated List
Trazyn the infinate- 175pts
Necron warriors(10)- 130pts Necron warriors(10)- 130pts Necron warriors(10)- 130pts Necron warriors(10)- 130pts Necron warriors(10)- 130pts Necron warriors(10)- 130pts
Destroyers(5)-220 -1 heavy destroyer
Scarabs(5)- 125pts
Monolith- 200pts
=1500pts
I really dont have enough models to use for crypteks otherwise I might (and I cant use proxies if I have similer looking models in my army as a rule)

I say don't put Heavy Destroyers in wih Destroyers. Heavies are anti-tank, pure and simple, whereas Destroyers are anti-infantry. So if you shoot at a Troop you really lose the effectivness of the Heavy, and if you shoot at a Tank the normal destroyers cannot do anything there either.
So your best bet is to keep them all Destroyers, and if you want to run Heavies use just 3.

Looks better, maybe use the last 20 pts. to give the Cryptek some abilities:

You can have two 'teks with Harbringer of Storms and give them Lightning fields. Great defensive upgrade.

I think Lightning fileds would be the best for the points. Thanks.

Unfortunately, you can't do that. You can't have two Crypteks with the same unique wargear option in the same Royal Court unless you bring another special character or overlord for a second Royal Court (page 90 bottom left of the page). That is why I like the Harbingers of Destruction... you are allowed to have as many of the same Harbinger type as you want (which comes with their special staff) and they come with the long range str 8 ap 2 assault 1 staff.
You could also look into bringing a Harbinger of Transmogrification with seismic crucible. Great way to mess with an assaulting type army.
