I have a friend I am playing a game against. I know he is fielding blood angles. I can get his army list if it helps but I do know from talking to him that he is planning to deep strike almost every unit he has and roll me in CC. This seems like a good strat against crons so I wanted to see if someone can seguest a counter. That being said let me tell what I have and what I have on order showing up in the next few days. I can spend about $200-$300 more on models before the game to do whatever and I am not necessarily married to the idea of fielding the stuff I have already.
I currently have 5 immortals with tesla carbines. 12 warriors imorekh the stormlord
I also have on order 6 canoptek wraths and 5 lychgaurds which I would change to have the shields.
I should mention that this is my first game in 5 years and I had at one point had a 4500 point guard army and a 5500 point space marine force. I am not a novice to the game by any streatch but I could always use advise on fighting strats with a new army or against my foe. any ideas would be appreciated.

I have more stuff now.
totals are 5 immortals with tesla carbines. 24 warriors the stormlord 1 overlord 1 night sythe 2 monolyths 5 spyders a virtually unlimited sypply of scarabs (70 bases total at this point) 9 wraths 5 lychgaurds with shields and 2 ghost arcs
I would like someone to give pointers on a 1500 point list
I was thinking of running imotech 9 warriors in ghost arc with a upgraded lord as support. 14 warriors with imotech in the sythe 1 monolith 10 scarab swarms in two squads all 5 spyders and 6 wraths haven't totaled the points yet but that has to be between 1400-1500 any ideas on this list or what to change if anything?

-Imotech isn't going to be as good in the smaller point game lists. His lighting will be less effective and he is very expensive. -You have to take 10 warriors in a ghost ark, you can't just replace one with a lord -monoliths are 14 armor vehicles which are strong but lack the strength that many other have -there are better units than having such units as spyders and scarab swarms -Wraiths are amazing this edition and run with whip coils (an issue i had with them is they hit on 4s, really limiting their effectiveness)
My list that I used yesterday. Reclamation with Canoptek harvest
Orikan the Diviner with 7 lynchguard shields and in a night scythe
Overlord with War scythe and tacheon arrow
immortals (5)
Necron warriors in ghost arks
Necron warrior foot slogging (10)
scarabs(3)
wraiths (6) with coils
Tomb blades (4) with 2 gauss blasters, 2 particle beamers, nubloscopes and shield vanes
Spyder with fabricator claw
Are you building unbound or are you following the charts? The formations give really strong bonuses to our army that you should consider. Hope this is helpful. Message me if you need any help.

Some tips.
Ghost arcs got a lot better. Only 105 points can take 10 warriors. They are pretty much heavy 10 and the warriors can shoot out of the transport too. With 13 armor because of the shielding they are strong for what they cost.
Catacomb Command Barge is also useful. Not quite as strong as last edition but it was broken and cheesy. Through in a lord with a war scythe and a phase shifter and you are ready to go. Look at the new chariot rules. You can declare who the shot hit. If its a high strength/ low ap put it on your lord. If you lots of bolter fire to kill your lord then put it on your 13 AV chariot.
Wraiths especially with the formation. are now t5 3++ with a 4+ reanimation. Tough as nails and soak up so much fire. Always take coils.
Tomb Blades- quick objective taker, can take line breaker and can just be a tough unit to get off the field if you jink and have a 3+ armor. Give them nubleoscopes and particle beamers and you have a strong unit for cheap
Orikan and Zahndrekh are in my opinion the strongest named hq choices
Lynch guard are strong 3+/3++ and if you are within the lord in reclamation you have 4+ with 1s rerolling.
Triach Pratorians are also powerful for taking down marines and terminators with their ap2 gun and melee weapon. They are also jump infantry so they can jump from unit to unit. Very good against Blood Angels expecially since they are so cheap now. Take these!!!
Also destroyers are amazing versus marines and heavy destroyers are good at sniping vehicles
