Flyers dont get assaulted, ever! The flying MC can just vector strike on them by passing over them. Likewise, flying MCs dont get assaulted unless they enter that kind of "hover mode".

130. Well dont actually know, look at the Rulebook... maybe because HoW is I10 and challenge is before combat rolls so first place models then attack. But the "Spirit of the game" code says that the HoW represents the model Smashing the enemy while charging from the air, so the enemy character will not wait for your guy to land and then challenge him, then your guy jump high and land on him!!! So Fluff-wise the model hits the entire unit with HoW then challenges are resolved! IMO depends on how you play the game: I play fluff-inspired games so thats how i run the rule, but in a Tourney i dont think that can have any magnitute... And remember to number your post dude

ajjt 131 anyhow asked the local gamers - challenges first then at I10 butt with his normal strenght not doubled by the fist(thus wraiths no rending )
