i was looking at the new Vampire Counts Coven Throne i love the ghost effect but how do you make it.

I'm sure they will probably reveal that in the White Dwarf. At first glance, it looks like a Skull White base coat with a Hawk Turquoise and Scorpion green wash placed in various areas. Maybe a once over again with skull white to clean up the highlights.

that wont work at all. it'll just look like a brighter coulour of what ever you washed it with you need a few white drybrushes and maybe highlight over the top of that to add more contrast between your specteral ghostiness and your glow.
