Well it looks like yes you can re roll the D6.
generally snap shots give you BS1, other than that you fire just like you would in the shooting phase with your normal BS. So Stalker with twin heavy gauss cannon can fire and roll a 4, then re roll to a 6, shot hits.
Blasts/templates cannot snap shot, but templates (like the Veiltek's Abyssal staff) inflict D3 automatic hits and hit them like normal (so a marked unit charging marks is SCREWED).
Things like Monolith's portal of exile, and all things not using a BS value, can NOT snap shot.

102 Technically it is not conferred, but they do gain the re-rolls.
But Preatorians are rubbish, try Wraiths

109 does a vehicle that is only pivoting on a spot counts as moved?

110.
Good question because whether its "yes" or "No" will effect different things...
Anyway to put it straightforward, in a case on which the vehicle gets immobilised, then the vehicle CANNOT pivot.
In the case of the vehicle moving to get the jink save, well then even the slightest mm will be enough to give it the jink save.
Now i'm not sure about if the vehicle pivots and counts as moved (Cause if it does pivot to shoot at other targets it will only fire one gun normally so the enemy can easily outmanuver it).
So i believe that the vehicle can pivot and not count as been moved. But thats just my advice if the opponent keeps deniing then its up to you guys...
