fluxes fired normal? you sure? I am just bummed that you can't fire the particle whip together with the portal (as it doesn't require a to hit roll). They should really FAQ this for the Monolith.

Heavy vehicles may not elect to flat out ever.
Fluxes are fired normal *if* you don't fire the whip. His comment is referring to a monolith that arrives from DS (and I assume its not firing the whip), since normally moving would affect the number of weapons that can be fired at full BS (for other vehicles).
If you could fire the portal and whip (which you can't), they would have to target the same unit. That alone would cause a headache, on top of the whip more than likely hitting your monolith. Only the arcs have a rule that states they can fire at different things, the whip and portal don't. I don't foresee it getting FAQed either, mostly because of the potential headaches at the table involving units that should get hit by the portal not getting hit ect. They would have to change the rules on the portal first.

thx either.. good point arcs like under 4th and 5th R mostly to deal with vehicles and morties warriors do it better S4AP5 3 szots at four different targets thats true but they wont do much to infantry as one cannot fire all four fluxx arcs at the same target i persume

Yup thats what i mean... Moss, i guess if all fluxes see a target then they can all fire at the same one, but as only 2 can see the same target because of their positions on the model, we only get to fire 2 on each unit. But i see the Monolith been a great model to teleport Overlord+10 Immortals and Stormtek, yeah 200 points but by paying those you can actually kill a lot of stuff...

YUP but if one positiones the lith correctly i think that 3 of the mobile gaus flux arc tips can be fired at one target i think it can be done and as per morties emerging it's exactly the same ole havoc like under 5th and 4th eddition

...with the SLIGHT ''not big'' difference that we now have a Stormtek dealing with vehicles there!
